Painted with Holy Water mixed into the paint from Lourdes, France Preborn Jesus Ministry presents, for the Greater Glory of God, our latest piece of Sacred Art:

The first of its kind, unique Icon of Mary, Ark of The New Covenant written by Pittsburgh iconographer, Marilyn Barone. 

Let us, with overflowing hearts of gratitude thank the Most Holy Trinity who, with perfect timing, unveiled it on the vigil of Our Lady of Lourdes, who was chosen as Patron of the icon process, by the artist, for this piece.  

The Mary, Ark of The New Covenant icon was blessed on March 9, 2025, the First Sunday of Lent, known as the Sunday of Orthodoxy, by Fr. Jason Charron, pastor, Holy Trinity Ukranian Catholic Church, Pittsburgh. Orthodox and Eastern Catholic Christians commemorate the restoration of holy images on the first Sunday of Lent when they were returned to the Roman empire in 843.
